The world's first high-end NAB Adapter-NAB Isolator for studio professional reel tape recorders. Isolate or decouple your NAB metal reel from the reel motor. There are two sets of contact springs to have minimum contact surfaces with a metal reel and reel motor table.
One set is located underneath so there are only three points in contact with the reel motor table. The second set is located on the side of the ISOLATOR to have three-point contact with NAB metal reel spool. The main body ensures that true roundness can be achieved. The upper tripod part locker works as a locking system to prevent reel spool from falling down when reel tape recorder operates vertically.
