All products purchased on our online store carry the manufacturer warranty by respective label/brand, and products are guaranteed for as long as you own the item with the proof you are purchased in the past from us.

In addition we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee and in the unlikely event that you need to return anything simply call customer services or send an email message and we will respond within 24 hours. Special Order Products: If you are purchased product that is made on demand to order (classed as tailor made under the sale of goods act) these cannot be returned unless it product has defects or faulty.

Postage Refund to International Customers: Please be aware if you purchase from country outside of the UK then we don't refund shipping return cost unless there is a fault with the products and we confirm to you in writing.

Postage Refund to the UK Customers: Please note we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items be returned to us using the royal mails 2nd class service with recorded delivery for insurance purposes.

Return Products Conditions: All products must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please let us know before hand why you are planning on sending an item back to us and remember to include this information in your return. It is also vital that you include your user id & item number so we can deal with your request for a refund or exchange as quickly as possible. All products returns must be only in perfect condition with original packaging and boxed.
