The reel tape album release Anne Bisson - Blue Mind produced by Brilliance Music & Studios, sponsored by Genesis. Reproduction on four Studer A820 rebuilt and refurbished and upgraded by Ki Choi. Re-mastering was done in the analogue domain to 1/2-inch 30ips tape by Bernie Grundman himself. The master-tapes were played on the ultimate playback machine - a Studer A820 stripped of everything extraneous to playback, and refurbished to better-than-new standards by Ki Choi.

This is one of Genesis CEO and Designer Gary Koh's reference albums, and Genesis called "Absolute Reference" as he has heard Ms Bisson sing live many times and he knows her voice so well. Hence, we are honoured and proud that she allowed us to release the reel-to-reel tape edition produced by Brilliance Music & Studios. To ensure the highest quality, we commissioned the great Bernie Grundman to do the remastering to tape, and Ki Choi to help with the reproduction.

Anne Bisson and Simaudio joined forces with legendary producer, conductor, and arranger Guy St-Onge, along with René Laflamme of Fidelio Audio, bassist Normand Guilbault, and drummer Paul Brochu, to deliver a masterpiece of exceptional music that is sure to take your breath away. This fantastic audiophile recording features a rich and warm midrange, with sultry tones that envelop and embrace. The first time you hear Bisson’s crystal clear voice, you’ll likely get shivers, while subsequent listens will reveal a depth and emotional core that resonate long after the final chord has sounded. Melodies soar with a delicate confidence through changes that are a unique blend of jazz and vocal pop.
