Solid-made, aviation grade 7075 aluminium, custom-made NAB hubs are adhered to the flanges with 6 blackened titanium bolts, promising precision and balance.
This aviation grade 7075 aluminium contains chrome and does not require any anodizing, where both flanges are highly polished inside and powder coated outside to ensure flatness asymmetrical bolt pattern used with even distribution of bolt tension. Chamfers for bolts machined instead of pressed to keep metal flat. For alignment and centering embossed profiles on HUB are used with high tolerances. Embossed profiles in level with a flat surface to ensure contact with conductive spacer. This helps to improve proper static discharge.
Premium take-up reel spools are made to last a lifetime and it starts with the hub, which is custom-made to specifications, solid aluminium hubs are precision made, and each side flange is held to the hub with six bolts for full balance - Benefits of Precision-Made Hub: A well-balanced hub for securely fitted flanges creates exceptional magnetic tape winding for playback and storage.
