Crossroad Album is a blend of original compositions and reorchestrated renditions of songs from the world of Jazz, Rock, Latin and Classical Music with a wink at Country, and New Age. The music is performed, composed, and orchestrated by multi-instrumentalist Robert Len with the collaboration of Carole Meneghel on the violin and electric violin.
In their fourth recording project together, Robert and producer André Perry create a voyage through the many styles of music they had experienced throughout their careers. They deliver a harmonious musical work, adding a special dimension to the project through the introduction of classical and electric violins brilliantly performed by Carole Meneghel. The result is a combination of original compositions and reorchestrated rare classical works and melodies from the worlds of Jazz, Latin, New Age, Rock, and Middle Eastern styles with a wink at the world of Country.
